Chico’s Bail Bonds are a blues and blues/rock trio from Southern California. The band consists of Eric Ramirez on guitar and vocals, Aaron Murillo on bass and vocals, and drummer Joe Velosa.  Each band member has over twenty years of music experience in both performing and recording. We have been performing together for over a decade.  Our sound is a blend of Chicago, Texas and West Coast blues mixed with funk and soul and old school rock and roll.  Our music is mix of original songs, non-traditional covers and original interpretations of classic covers.  Our performances are always high energy and family friendly.

We have performed at Festivals, County Fairs, City Concerts and other venues and events all over California and the Southwest.  We have also opened up for major blues artists like Arthur Adams, Guitar Shorty and the late Ike Turner and have shared the stage with members of the legendary Funk Brothers.  In 2006, Chico’s Bail Bonds were runner up for an Los Angeles Music Award (Best Unsigned Blues Act).  Music from our first album has been featured on blues radio shows and in the United States and Europe. We were recently a featured artist on Indie 104/Radio L.A and were spotlighted in the Pasadena Star News and San Gabriel Valley Tribune.  We promote all our shows and events via Facebook, Twitter, Reverbnation and through our website.  We are currently working on our second album. Our first album is available on ITunes and  We also do a "big blues band" ensemble with horns for certain events and occasions.
